Preferred Employer

The Villages at Lancaster Green is happy to introduce our Preferred Employer Program.*

If you are currently employed by one of the employers listed below, you may qualify for $250 off of your first month of rent. You must show proof of employment and sign a lease agreement longer than 12 months.

In addition, you may also receive a reduced security deposit of $200. Please contact our office for more information. We look forward to helping you!
